WHICH work has Figures Consultancy done?

  • CLIENT 1 wished to assess the state of happiness in their organisation. Figures Consultancy designed a questionnaire tool asking respondents to indicate their views about the past, present and future of various aspects at the workplace.

  • CLIENT 2 needed a fair method of assessing employees to determine whom to recognise as “Employee of the Year”. Managers had already filled out assessment forms and awarded marks. The challenge was how to collate this data and arrive at a fair result. Calculating the mean score was not satisfactory. Figures Consultancy proposed and carried out a modified borda count on the data to produce the most suitable employee for recognition.

  • CLIENT 3, a corporate communications company, had just concluded a 12-month publicity project. They needed to assess the monetary value of all the press coverage they had achieved. Figures Consultancy was engaged to measure sizes of all press cuttings, then applying prevailing advertising rates to determine the equivalent ad values.
